this was my first time ever having to get a window replaced and GWM did not disappoint. The two beautiful women at the front desk were very kind and did a great job at making me feel like a valued customer. the job only took around 30-40 minutes and I was out if there just as quick as I came in. 10/10 highly recommend and on top of that, very affordable! I paid a little over $250 for a passenger window replacement, thats a win in my book! thank you GWM!

7/292026 I called and got a quote for the 2 piece windshield replacement on a 2016 Freightliner Cascadia. I agreed with the price and drove 80 mile to Macon, GA from Americus, Ga. Once I arrived I was told that I needed to remove my visor. Then I was told that with the age of the gasket was 50/50 on being good or bad so I bought the new gasket. Then I was told that the job is a 3 to 4 hr job. So now I am frustrated with these new developments.
I wound up spending the night in Macon to save the extra 160 mile round trip mileage, and returned at 0800 the next morning. I lifted the visor up so that the guys could work on the windshield area. True to form my gasket had the corrosion under it like they were afraid of. The installers cleaned the area of the corrosion, reprimed, and resealed the area where the seal goes. The installation continued as planned with no other hick ups.
The best thing I can say is actually let them look at the truck to see what all you will be facing as far as work and pricing. I cannot complain about the service or the timeliness of the job getting completed. I will definitely bring more of my auto glass repair work here

Outstanding!!!! FAST!!! TRUCK FRIENDLY!!! Shop location and full mobile set up too! Able to get full size sleeper Semi with 53' trailer in there shop. Tech (Richard) is not only well versed on everything from sealants to technique, but as a former Professional Driver knows about HOS, and DOT regs. Talk about uptime......They went over and above to keep my truck clean. Above all else so friendly. Other shops will tell you days, GWM will tell you Hours. They have complete inventory and model specific knowledge that exceeds others. Tucked away you won't see them from the interstate; but if you drive the Interstate you need to keep this place on speed dial. If you operate a fleet in the South East; Partner with these folks.

I highly recommend using them. I had to have my windshield replaced due to a rock from a dump truck and they were very helpful over the phone and very reasonable with their prices. They were able to schedule me asap and came out to my house. The guy was very respectful and nice. He said it would take about an hour and was done in 45 min. They do amazing work. Thank y'all so much.

GWM Commercial Auto Glass is the best in the business!!!!! Prices are reasonable and the Service was impeccable!!!

From beginning to end, the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL!!!

From my phone call with Ms. Misty. She was so kind, sweet and very helpful. Got me on the schedule immediately. Very easy to work with and accommodating. Told me they were able to come to Milledgeville to perform the auto glass installation which was AMAZING!!

Mr. Joey, the first technician that I had the please of speaking with. He was so polite. He really made my day with his genuine polite conversations.

Mr. Robbie the technician that came out to install the car window on my son's car. He was very nice, easy to communicate with and very efficient.

GMW is playing with a winning hand!!!! They definitely have a good team there. If we ever need auto glass assistance, GMW is going to be my go to.

GWM got a quote from Missy. Shopped around and they had a great price with no add on's like some of the local competition. They offered to come to my home or me go there. I chose to go there. The traffic of customer's gave me assurance of great service. They also do residential and window repairs. I am a very critical customer for everything. They did awesome.

GWM commercial auto glass was a great easy experience for me. I had a window broken on a fleet vehicle and they worked with my company and fleet to assure that they would do a good job and of course they did. It took maybe 20 minutes and the window was perfect. Everyone inside the office is also very sweet and kind and funny.

Got my windshield replaced and everyone was extremely friendly! I most appreciated that they told me the truth about what can be done to avoid extensive fees! Other places just want a buck, but these guys are all about community and making the customer happy. Will definitely refer to anyone I know. Thank you! 😊

They were fast very friendly and was actually recommended to me by 2 other windshield replacement places in town that couldn't do it that same day so I called GWM explain my problem she said "can you be here in 20 minutes" and I was took'm about 30 minutes plus they're price was lower than every other place I got a quote from. If you need your windshield replaced youd be a dumbass if you didnt call GWM and get a quote cause they are the hookup on windshield
